📋 Updating In-Network Insurances ðŸ“‹

Insurances can be ever-changing and complicated to manage. You can easily update your Annie's training to reflect what insurances you work with. 

Adding a New Insurance

  1. Log into your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to Settings - In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click on Settings

  3. Select Insurances from the menu.

  4. Click Add Insurance

  5. Select the Insurance Provider from the drop-down menu

  6. Select the Insurance Type from the down-down menu

  7. Select how you operate with that provider in the Status section

  8. Add any additional notes to the Notes section. Your Annie will use this training when communicating with patients. You can add notes like 'Our office only works with Blue Cross Blue Shield within the Annie Umbrella. Our office will verify your benefits prior to your appointment'.
  9. Click Save to save your changes

Editing Existing Insurances

  1. Click on an existing insurance in your list

  2. Adjust the Insurance TypeStatus, or Notes

  3. Click Save 

  4. Select Delete if you no longer need that insurance

 

📌 Important Reminder: You can always select Other: Not Listed if a specific Insurance Provider was not listed.
