A quick guide on how to change your Annie portal password or reset it if you’re locked out. Covers where to find the reset option and what to do if the email doesn’t come through.

  1. If you’re logged into your Annie account, click your name in the bottom left and select Log Out.

  2. On the login page, click Forgot Password or use this link: https://app.helloannie.co/forgot-password

  3. Enter the email tied to your Annie account and you’ll receive a reset link in that inbox.
