đź”” Turning On Annie Notifications đź””

Stay in the loop with Annie by making sure your notifications are set up just how you like them. Here's how to turn them on:

 

  1. Log into your Annie portal.

  2. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on “Settings.”

  3. In the middle column, scroll to find the section labeled “Notifications.”

  4. Select the types of notifications you’d like to receive—either Text or Email (or both).

  5. Choose what timeframe you'd like to receive notifications After Business Hours or Always 

  6. Once you've made your selections, click the purple “Save” button at the bottom right.

âś… Double-Check Your Contact Info

To make sure your notifications go to the right number:

  1. While still in Settings, scroll to and select “User Account.”

  2. The phone number listed here is where text notifications will be sent. Update it if needed, and hit save.

That’s it! You’re now all set to receive important updates from Annie.
